Work one-on-one with your instructor using a complete assortment of Pilates apparatus and equipment. Privates are tailored to your specific needs. Improve your technique and deepen your mind body connection, rehab specific injuries/imbalances, improve your posture and alignment. This will help you get the most out of all your classes.

Strongly recommended whether you are new to Pilates or experienced.

Pilates mat exercises, combined with spring resistance work with the tower apparatus. Great way to get a complete Pilates workout in an affordable group setting.

Cardio Pilates

Pilates is the core of this group mat class, combined with low impact High Intensity Interval Training. A well balanced workout that elevates your metabolism while increasing strength, flexibility and stamina, also known to balance blood sugars. All levels welcome.

KAATSU Training

Great for rehabilitating injuries and building muscle mass/strength, KAATSU uses special air bands worn on the upper legs and arms to safely modify blood flow while training. For more info go to kaatsuglobal.com
